Terms for use on Live Streaming
1.Introduction
Welcome to Vybahub. These Terms & Conditions (“Agreement”) govern the use of our live streaming services, including content creation, broadcasting, and audience engagement. By accessing or using our platform, you agree to comply with these terms.
2.Definitions
Platform” – Refers to the website and services provided by Vybahub.
“User” – Any individual accessing the platform, including streamers, viewers, and moderators.
“Streamer” – Any individual or entity broadcasting live content.
“Team” – A group of individuals managing live streaming operations.
“Moderator” – Individuals responsible for chat monitoring and content enforcement.
“Content” – Any video, audio, text, or other media shared via the platform.
- Team Structure and Responsibilities
3.1. Streamers
Must adhere to content policies and not broadcast illegal, harmful, or copyrighted content.
Are responsible for the quality and legality of their live streams.
Must comply with community guidelines and respect viewers.
3.2. Moderators
Have the authority to monitor chat and remove offensive content.
Must enforce platform rules fairly and without bias.
Cannot abuse their privileges or engage in harassment.
3.3. Administrators
Oversee platform operations, approve content, and manage user accounts.
Have the right to suspend or terminate accounts violating policies.
3.4. Content Creators & Contributors
Must obtain necessary licenses for third-party content (e.g., music, images).
Acknowledge that their content may be used for promotional purposes.
- User Conduct & Restrictions
4.1. Prohibited Content
Users may not stream or upload content that:
Contains hate speech, violence, or illegal activities.
Infringes copyright, trademarks, or intellectual property.
Engages in scams, fraud, or misleading advertisements.
4.2. Prohibited Activities
Users are strictly prohibited from:
Using bots or automation to manipulate views or engagement.
Engaging in harassment, threats, or cyberbullying.
Distributing malware, phishing links, or harmful software.
- Intellectual Property Rights
Users retain ownership of their content but grant Vybahub a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to display and distribute it.
Unauthorized use of platform trademarks, logos, or brand assets is prohibited.
- Payment Terms
Performer Compensation. Performers shall be entitled to receive seventy percent (70%) of their gross earnings generated through the Platform, including but not limited to tips, paid content, and other monetized interactions. Earnings are calculated based on the Platform’s virtual currency system, where twenty (20) coins equal one U.S.dollar
($1 USD).
Service Fee. Vybahub shall retain a service fee equal to thirty percent (30%) of the Performer’s gross earnings. This fee covers the costs of hosting, maintenance, marketing, payment processing, and other administrative expenses necessary for operating the Platform.
Payout Requests and Schedule. Performers may request a payout at any time, provided they meet the minimum payout threshold of fifty U.S. dollars ($50 USD). Upon receipt of a valid payout request, Vybahub shall process the payment within three (3) business days. Performers are responsible for ensuring that their payment and account information is accurate and up to date.
Taxes. Performers are solely responsible for any and all taxes, duties, or other governmental fees or charges imposed on their earnings. Vybahub shall not be responsible for withholding, reporting, or remitting taxes on behalf of Performers unless otherwise required by applicable law.
Payment Disputes. Any disputes regarding payments must be submitted to Vybahub in writing within thirty (30) days of the applicable payout date. Failure to notify Vybahub within this period shall be deemed a waiver of any claims relating to such payment.
- Privacy Policy & Data Protection
Users agree to the collection and processing of personal data as outlined in our Privacy Policy.
We implement security measures to protect user information but cannot guarantee absolute security. - Liability & Disclaimers
The platform is provided “as is” without warranties.
We are not liable for user-generated content, third-party actions, or technical failures.
Users assume all risks associated with live streaming and audience interactions. - Account Termination & Violations
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts violating these terms.
Users can appeal suspensions by contacting Vybahub24@gmail.com. - Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These terms shall be governed by the laws of [Your Jurisdiction].
Any disputes shall be resolved through arbitration or local courts. - Amendments & Updates
We may update these terms periodically, with notice to users.
Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of new terms.
